The fine crushing before grinding greatly reduces the particle size of the material into the grinding, thus reducing the load of the grinding system; The most direct benefit of improving the efficiency of powder selection is that the fine powder of the finished product is selected in time to the greatest extent, so as to reduce the powder return rate of the finished cement product and reduce the load of the mill; The most fundamental solution is to reform the grinding system. The particle size of materials entering the mill is reduced and the efficiency of powder selection is improved. If the efficiency of the grinding system is low, it will affect not only the output of the mill, but also the quality of cement with long service life

1.2 quality problems of cement

the quality of cement is not directly related to the crushing and powder selection efficiency before grinding from the perspective of grinding technology alone. There are generally two inspection indicators of cement quality in China: Cement sieve residue and specific surface area. However, in recent years, the international cement quality inspection index is cement particle gradation, and this index can better reflect the real situation of cement quality than cement residue and specific surface area. This has attracted considerable attention of cement workers in China. Generally speaking, in cement particles, it is less than 3 μ The main goal of M particles is to break through the design, materials, process and utilization of the third generation semiconductor in China. The particle hydration is fast, which is not conducive to the long-term strength of cement, and it is recommended not to exceed 10%; Greater than 65 μ M particles are basically inactive, preferably not; 16-24 μ M has the highest particle activity. Some cement plants add limestone in production. Limestone is inactive and purely a filler, but it can improve the particle gradation of finished cement products

after the implementation of the new cement standard, the index of cement sieve residue has little practical significance. The new standard pays more attention to the specific surface area, but there is no specific requirement for cement particle gradation from the perspective of environmental protection

the significance of implementing the new standard is to significantly improve the quality of finished cement products. The further significance is to speed up the elimination of backward products, promote market competition, and integrate with international cement standards, so as to prepare for the integration of China's cement industry into the international market after China's entry into WTO.
