The basic automation control center adopts PLC control, and the PLC system is the quantum series and momentum series controllers of Schneider company; The process automation part is composed of five upper computers, one of which is a server and the other four are clients. Through the CRT screen on the upper computer, all devices can be monitored, and the systems communicate through industrial Ethernet

2. Composition of automation system

2.1 composition of basic automation control system

the electric control system includes the following parts:

1) electrical control system of central pump station (1 #plc):

the main CPU adopts 140cpu43412 of quantum series of Schneider company, which is composed of four racks of 301ap, 302ap, 303ap and 304ap and an HMI workstation. The equipment is placed in the main control room of the central pump station. During normal production, the monitoring and control of all water systems are completed on the CRT of HMI workstation

2) VD turbid ring filtration electrical control system (2#plc):

one host is 140cpu43412 of quantum series, with two remote stations, consisting of three racks of 305ap, 306ap and 307ap and two HMI workstations. The PLC equipment is placed in the VD filter control room, and the HMI workstation is placed in the main control room of the central pump station

thickening tank and slurry pump station system: it is composed of a 10 slot rack of the German "industry 4.0" new concept 8ap proposed by the German Federal Ministry of education and research and the Federal Ministry of economy and technology in 2013. As a remote station of 2#plc system, it is placed in the VD filter control room

3) electrical control system of high-efficiency inclined plate sedimentation tank (secondary sedimentation tank) (3 dd φ 34.10 dd φ 34.50 dd φ 35.00 dd φ 35.60plc):

the CPU adopts 140cpu11302 of quantum series, which is composed of PLC rack 309ap and an HMI, and is placed in the control room on the third floor of cyclone sedimentation tank

4) central pump station instrument control system (4 × PLC): the CPU adopts 140cpu43412 of quantum series, which is composed of two racks. The control cabinet is placed in the main control room of the central pump station

5) electrical control system (6#plc) of cyclone sedimentation tank (primary sedimentation tank):

is composed of a set of momentum controller, without HMI workstation. It is placed in the low-voltage panel of the low-voltage distribution room of the cyclone sedimentation tank

6) emergency water tower electrical control system (7#plc):

consists of a set of momentum controller, without HMI workstation. Placed in the accident water tower. The network address of PLC system is shown in Table 1

2.2 composition of process automation control system

the process automation part is composed of five upper computers, one of which is a server and the other four are clients. Through the CRT screen on the upper computer, all equipment can be monitored to complete the sequence control of each process equipment, fault alarm processing and display, historical trend and historical data reading. Its network address allocation is shown in Table 2

2.3 system network

a fixture in the process automation part is a static upper computer and the control station of the basic automation part form a network system. The system network picture is shown in Figure 1

each system in the network is connected with Ethernet through the communication template noe or Ethernet port of PLC, and the data exchange is realized through 100M Ethernet. The main control is set in the control room of the central pump station, and other system control rooms are only used in equipment commissioning and accident conditions. During normal operation, there are no operators. The monitoring of the equipment is completed by the HMI operation station in the control room of the central pump station

the whole water treatment system forms an upper level ring management with refining, continuous casting, converter, etc. through switches. Each PLC is provided with its own network link web page by the Ethernet communication template. Users can browse the operation and production of the system through the Internet browser

3. Ethernet communication technology

3.1 Ethernet communication with tcp/ip as the standard protocol can realize the following functions:

implement peer-to-peer communication between controllers

program controllers

enable standard PC servers to be used for simple centralized program archiving

integrate the communication between controllers and host systems

communicate with controllers through industrial Ethernet

allow the use of standard PC web browsers, To obtain the operation and browsing of system status, diagnostic information and user-defined pages

3.2 back to back network configuration mode

in the network, the network can be established through back-to-back configuration for scattered long-distance equipment

in this system, the electric control rooms of 2 #, 3 #, 6 #, 7 # PLC systems are far away from the main control room of the central pump station, and during normal production, their electric control rooms belong to the unattended area, and the operation and monitoring of equipment are carried out in the main control room of the central pump station. Therefore, they adopt back-to-back network configuration to establish network and communicate
